The room was extremely cold despite the heating being on, forcing us to use the oven for warmth. Linens and towels reeked of cigarettes, detracting from a supposedly non-smoking room. However, the extra pillows provided at check-in were a nice touch.

Some parts shine, others fall flat
The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to help. The rates are fantastic, and having a full kitchen unit made my stay more comfortable.
Unfortunately, the overall cleanliness left a lot to be desired. There were issues with the room not being properly cleaned during my stay.

I loved how the room felt so inviting and comfortable during my stay! The bed was a cloud, seriously, I couldn't wait to dive into it after a long day of exploring. Plus, I was a big fan of the excellent shower and friendly staff that made my mornings brighter!

I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The room was not well-kept and clearly lacked proper maintenance. It felt dirty and the wifi didn't work at all, adding to my frustration during a short visit.
